1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by H&H Production. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We offer photography, videography, and event planning support services. Details of services are agreed upon individually with each client.

3. Booking and Payment
A deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation by the client must be made in writing. If canceled less than 30 days before the event, 50% of the agreed total price must be paid.

5. Liability
We are liable only for gross negligence and intent. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

6. Copyright
H&H Production retains copyright on all images and videos. Clients receive usage rights but must not alter the materials without permission.

7. Final Provisions
German law applies. Court of jurisdiction is Wiesbaden, Germany.
